SKN Unfiltered charge a 60% NO CALL NO SHOW fee within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. SKN UNFILTERED Booking, Cancellation & Payment Policy Thank you for choosing SKN Unfiltered! My policies are in place to protect both my clients’ appointments and the time reserved specifically for each service. 💳 PAYMENT & APPOINTMENT RESERVATION Payment is required to secure your appointment. Depending on the service, appointments may require a deposit or payment in full at the time of booking. An appointment is not considered officially booked until the required payment has been received. 📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be changed. However, repeated cancellations can result in lost appointment availability and income. Clients are allowed to reschedule according to the cancellation policy. However, multiple cancellations of the same appointment or repeated rescheduling may require full payment to book a future appointment. If an appointment has been canceled and the client does not reschedule within the applicable timeframe, the original payment may no longer be valid toward a future appointment. ⏳ PAYMENT EXPIRATION Payments made for a scheduled service are intended for the appointment date originally reserved. If a client cancels an appointment and does not reschedule within 3 days, the original payment will expire and will not be transferred to a future appointment. Once the payment has expired, a new payment in full will be required to schedule another appointment. 🚫 REPEATED CANCELLATIONS Clients who cancel or reschedule an appointment more than once may be required to pay in full at the time of booking for all future appointments. This policy applies regardless of whether the original appointment was paid by deposit or paid in full. ❌ NO-SHOWS A no-show is considered a missed appointment without proper notice. No-shows may result in: * Loss of the appointment payment/deposit * Being required to pay in full for future appointments * Being unable to book future appointments without approval ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your service time so that the next client’s appointment is not affected.
